To formalize this, and consolidate our expertise, we adopted a new quality strategy and, in February 2004, we were awarded ISO 9001 certification for our three main areas of activity: - Road haulage and chartering, including packaged hazardous materials (excluding class 1 and 7) - Logistics and warehousing for non-hazardous products
- Trucks Repair & Services (maintenance, bodywork, paintwork, cleaning services) Our quality strategy has 4 basic objectives: • To satisfy our customers in each of the services we provide,
so that they in turn can satisfy their own customers.
• To continuously improve our processes, and our performance. • To maintain a sustained investment strategy, so that we always
have the latest and most efficient infrastructure, equipment
and resources available. • To safeguard the skill levels and well-being of each of our staff members.
To achieve these objectives, we pay particular attention to the following key issues: • The implementation of preventative measures for human resources
and rolling stock
• The monitoring and maintenance of security materials and equipment • A training aimed at enhancing employee skills and expertise
(continuous internal and external training of employees) • Compliance with European haulage regulations • Regular transfer of information to employees and customers,
for system transparency
